Establishment of New Sales Bases in Vietnam to Strengthen the Aftermarket Business

JTEKT Corporation (Head Office: Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture; President: Yoshito Kondo; hereinafter "JTEKT") will establish JTEKT SALES VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to strengthen its sales network in response to the growing demand for bearings in the industrial machinery sector and the aftermarket in Vietnam.

Guided by its Mission, "Connecting technologies to bring smiles to the planet and all working people," the JTEKT Group has set forth its JTEKT Group 2030 Vision: "A solution provider creating the future of mobility society through Monozukuri and Monozukuri equipment."

To achieve this transformation into a true solution provider, we are pursuing a dual approach: enhancing the added value of existing products while taking on challenges in new business domains.

In addition, within the aftermarket business, we are expanding our lineup beyond bearings to include automotive components and other commercial products. By doing so, we aim to offer products and services that meet global customer needs and propose solutions tailored to address region-specific challenges.

As part of these initiatives, we will establish JTEKT SALES VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED's headquarters in Hanoi and a representative office in Ho Chi Minh City. This will enable us to respond more promptly and accurately to demand across the country.
Until now, our sales activities in Vietnam have been centered on local distributors. Going forward, we will strengthen our capabilities in product proposals, technical support, and service responsiveness, while further enhancing collaboration with local partners.
In the Vietnamese market, where many multinational companies are entering, we aim to provide greater value by responding to diverse customer needs.
