An X-ray tube is a vacuum device that converts electrical energy into X-rays.
X-rays are used in a wide variety of fields, including medical imaging (radiography, CT scanners) and industrial non-destructive inspection.
A full complement type ball bearing with flange shaft is adopted into X-Ray tube bearing unit.
These bearings must function well under very severe conditions (In vacuum, high speeds, high temperature, high loads).

The internal design (ball PCD and raceway curvature) was optimized in same size with current X-Ray tube bearing unit.
Vibration : Approx. 60% less vibration compared with conventional products.

Special coating technology : Modify lubrication film composition and optimize lubrication film thickness.
Rotational torque : Approx. 70% reduction, compared with conventional products.

A longer durability life also improve the maintenability.
