Released bottom bracket equipped with ONI BEARING

JTEKT Corporation (headquarters: Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture, President: Yoshihito Kondo, hereinafter referred to as "JTEKT") will release a bottom bracket equipped with ONI BEARING in December as part of the ONI BEARING series, a high-performance ceramic ball bearing for road bikes. This high-precision product, which meets the needs of road bike users, will be sold in shops around the country.

1．Development background
A bottom bracket is a bicycle part that supports the crankshaft of a road bike's pedals and allows them to rotate smoothly. Previous ONI BEARING for bottom brackets required installation by a professional mechanic. JTEKT wanted more people to use ONI BEARING and also wanted to deliver a product that would achieve the ideal, perfect fit. By combining these aspirations, we have continued to develop products that meet the needs of our customers. With this new product, we will provide road bike users with a solution that allows them to easily use ONI BEARING on their own road bikes in the best possible condition.
